National Patient Survey of GP Practices

Kings Medical Centre national survey results  

As a team we are pleased with our results however, we are reviewing how we can improve on the feedback that we received in relation to 1. Patients getting to speak to their preferred GP, and 2. Patients were offered a choice of appointment when they last tried to make an appointment.  Whilst the feedback on these two areas was better that both the local area and national ratings we want to increase our Patient satisfaction across both of these points.

Please give us feedback about you interaction with the Practice by completing our short friends and family survey.  This can be found by clicking on the 'Have your say' button on our website.  Alternatively forms are available in the Practice waiting area, these can be completed and given into reception

Play a role in shaping the Health Care that we provide.

Health & Wellbeing Coach-Provide support to patients looking to achieve health improvements

Community Pharmacy Consultation Service-Patients can now also be referred to see a local pharmacist for a personal consultation dependant on the illness/Symptoms
